Fees

All fees are payable in advance and at least 28 days before commencement of the booking date. We reserve the right to exclude the client from using the facility if the payment is not received on time. Bookings are only provisional until payment is received. Fees quoted are correct at the time of publication and every effort will be made to maintain room fees, however Nuvenu Ltd reserves the right to change the fees where necessary.

Cancellations and Transfers

If the client wishes to cancel or transfer a booking, Nuvenu Ltd reserves the right to apply the following charges depending on timescale the transfer or cancellation is made. Cancellations and transfers will need to be made in writing. Any cancellation or transfer outside of the below terms will be subject to a £40 admin charge, and the following terms reapplied.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the booking by Nuvenu, clients will normally be transferred to the next available agreeable date, that is approved by both Nuvenu Ltd and the client. Where this is not suitable Nuvenu Ltd will make a full refund but hereby disclaim any further liability.
